Bank Robbery suspect identity sought
The Sacramento Violent Crimes Task Force (SVCTF), comprised of robbery detectives from the Sacramento County Sheriffs Department and Special Agents from the FBI, is asking the publics help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
On Monday, April 28, 2008, at 2:38 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the West America Bank located at 2893 Sunrise Boulevard. Armed with a handgun, the suspect demanded money from the bank tellers. The suspect fled from the bank on foot after stealing money from the bank.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 50s, 5 7 to 5 8 tall, with a medium build. He is balding and had dark colored hair and a mustache. He was wearing a dark colored suit with a white dress shirt.
Anyone with information regarding this robbery or the suspects identity is urged to call the Sacramento County Sheriffs Department at (916) 874-5115, or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.
